Shipping Policy
At Vissionaireum Workartay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return an item, please contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
